Little Rebels classes are carefully crafted and specifically designed Development and Music programs to encourage cognitive learning and muscle development. Not your average music class; each 45 minute class includes a series of fun activities, and Broadway, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Motown and Pop-inspired songs. Little Rebels incorporates tactile object play with all age groups, and working on mirror time and tummy time for our 2-6 month olds; crawling, standing, and walking activities for our 7-14 month olds, balancing, and creative story-telling activities for our 15 month olds and beyond! All of our curriculum choices are aimed at assisting these amazing tiny humans in reaching whichever milestone they’re ready for.

Babes in arms are welcome to attend free of charge with their older siblings.

This class is designed to support expectant parents as they prepare for the transition to life after birth. It will be divided into three comprehensive, interactive sessions that cover essential topics for both newborn care and parent self-care.

Key topics we will cover include newborn care basics, self-care & recovery, feeding options, partner involvement, and community resources. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with one another.

The three sessions will be divided as follows:  Session 1: Postpartum Recovery & Self-Care (physical/emotional healing, sleep, nutrition) 

These classes will be conducted in English only. 

Fee is for 2 adults: Spouse or another support person is welcome to join.
