    Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

    Navigating the tween years can be a pesky business. Feelings, hormones, friendship drama! In this lively one-hour yoga class, Anna introduces tweens to a variety of tools for their "wellbeing toolbox" including meditation, self-awareness and mood regulation. The intention is for tweens to leave this yoga class feeling happy, empowered, and believing in themselves. Wellness practices do not have to be boring...in fact, they can be fun!
