    Experience a blissful fusion of Yin Yoga with essential oils to bring you into greater connection with your body and mind. Cat Doyle incorporates quality essential oils into the class, while expertly guiding you through an all-levels Yin practice.

  • Low Impact With Nancy

    This class focuses on muscle building, cardiovascular endurance as well as balance and stability. The exercises performed alternate aerobic phases, strength training exercises and intervals, all accompanied by stability balls.

  • Spin Fusion with Jean Michel

    On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

    The class begins with 30 minute of spin cycling that will get your heart pumping and your legs burning. The session will end with 30 minute of core training movement patterns to improve your strength from the inside out. Truly the best of both worlds for a well rounded workout that guarantees results. Portable equipment (bender balls, gliding discs, bands and ropeless jumping ropes) might be used. All fitness levels are welcome to join in on the fun.

  • Neuromuscular Adaptive Movement

    Each week we will look at the science of how the Neuromuscular disorders affect the nerves that control voluntary muscles and the nerves that communicate sensory information back to the brain. We most often consider our physical challenges but it can affect many other parts of our whole-person. Studies have shown that understanding the science of our condition can help in our management of it.

  • Mindfulness and Movement (10-13 years)

    Navigating the tween years can be a pesky business. Feelings., hormones, friendship drama! In this lively one-hour class Vee introduces kids to a variety of tools for their "wellbeing toolbox" including meditation, self-awareness and mood regulation. She combines this psychological skill-building with relaxation practices such as yin yoga, breathwork and Qigong. Wellness practices do not have to be boring...in fact, they can be fun! Vee is a social emotional therapist with her own practice for children and adults in the Gatineau Hills.

    Accessible to all levels, yoga flow is a practice that energizes the whole body with progressive sequences of postures, coordinated with the breath. The aim is to create a balance between strength and flexibility, activity and relaxation, stability and mobility, both physically and mentally.

    The practice encourages self-awareness, meditation and a better understanding of the natural fluctuations of energy in the body and mind. By the end of practice, you'll be filled with positive energy and calm.

  • Yoga for Well-Being with Jo-Ann

    On Friday, April 12, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

    This multi-level Hatha class is intended for anyone who is familiar with the basic foundations of the practice of yoga, regardless of body type, age, and fitness and activity levels. It incorporates a mix of the guiding principles of yoga, in line with the Kripalu traditions of compassion and the very roots of yogic self-enquiry, taking into account each participant’s individual body-wisdom, and personal form of expression. This class includes the practice of classic poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), the development of a quiet mind and the practice of deep relaxation.
