    Flow and Let Go is a unique blend of energizing movement and deep relaxation. For the first half of the class, you'll engage in mindful postures designed to release tension and shift stagnant energy in the body. Then, transition into the serene calm of Yoga Nidra for the second half. This ancient practice, known as "yogic sleep," offers profound benefits for both body and mind, guiding you to a state of pure rest. Suitable for all levels.

    This class focuses on muscle building, cardiovascular endurance as well as balance and stability. The exercises performed alternate aerobic phases, strength training exercises and intervals, all accompanied by stability balls.

    This class is taught by Margarita, she has been a fitness trainer for 39 years and loves helping people adopt a healthy, active lifestyle with a fun attitude.

  • Neuromuscular Adaptive Movement

    Each week we will look at the science of how the Neuromuscular disorders affect the nerves that control voluntary muscles and the nerves that communicate sensory information back to the brain. We most often consider our physical challenges but it can affect many other parts of our whole-person. Studies have shown that understanding the science of our condition can help in our management of it.

  • Yoga-Pilates Fusion

    Join Julia for this fun fusion class in which you get the best of both yoga and pilates worlds! You'll move through yoga flow sequences to stretch and mobilize your whole body and strengthen and tone with pilates movements. This class has a strong core component.   • Prenatal Yoga with Julia

    As a doula and prenatal yoga teacher, Julia guides you through a beautiful flowing movement practice and kundalini active meditation practice to help prepare you for labor and to connect to your body and baby. This special practice involves practical experience that books cannot provide when it comes to laboring. Join this group of parents to be to build community and help address and ease any discomforts you may have associated with pregnancy.

  • Pound with Geneviève

    On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

    Come and work out your inner rockstar! Cardio, buttocks, thighs, abs and arms will be stimulated by rhythmic movements (you don't need to have rhythm in your blood) and adjustable, depending on your health, combining physical training and pilates. You'll be able to let off steam, take care of your mental and physical health, laugh and make air drums. Using the ripstixs (sticks) provided, you'll follow the rhythm of the lively, varied music. This class will give you the energy you need to finish your week.

    Energetic and motivating, Geneviève Fortin will be your instructor. Certified Pound Pro for 8 years, she'll guide you through this electrifying world of fitness.

In this lively one-hour yoga class, Anna introduces tweens to a variety of tools for their "wellbeing toolbox" including meditation, self-awareness and mood regulation. The intention is for tweens to leave this yoga class feeling happy, empowered, and believing in themselves. Wellness practices do not have to be boring...in fact, they can be fun!

  • Intro to Table Tennis for Adults

    Join us for an engaging class designed to introduce table tennis to teens and adults! This program focuses on enhancing coordination, balance, and cognitive skills through a fun and dynamic activity. It offers a stimulating way to stay active while enjoying the social and physical benefits of the game. All equipment is provided!

    Iryna Shevchenko, a Ukrainian table tennis champion and coach, has achieved numerous regional titles and was the Ukrainian Women's Doubles Champion. She earned a Master’s Degree in Table Tennis Coaching and Physical Training from the National University of Sports of Ukraine (2005-2010) and holds certifications in Europe and Canada. With 14 years of coaching experience, Iryna is known for her passion for the sport and ability to connect with students in both English and Ukrainian. In 2016, she became the Champion of Ontario in Women's Singles and now continues her coaching career in Aylmer after previously offering private coaching in Toronto. Her dedication to promoting an active lifestyle inspires many, and her accomplishments in the field of sports continue to inspire others to pursue their athletic dreams.

    Iryna speaks English and Ukrainian, and is working on her French.

  • Yoga for Well-Being with Jo-Ann

    This multi-level Hatha class is intended for anyone who is familiar with the basic foundations of the practice of yoga, regardless of body type, age, and fitness and activity levels. It incorporates a mix of the guiding principles of yoga, in line with the Kripalu traditions of compassion and the very roots of yogic self-enquiry, taking into account each participant’s individual body-wisdom, and personal form of expression. This class includes the practice of classic poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), the development of a quiet mind and the practice of deep relaxation.
