  • Spin Fusion with Jean Michel

    The class begins with 30 minute of spin cycling that will get your heart pumping and your legs burning. The session will end with 30 minute of core training movement patterns to improve your strength from the inside out. Truly the best of both worlds for a well rounded workout that guarantees results. Portable equipment (bender balls, gliding discs, bands and ropeless jumping ropes) might be used. All fitness levels are welcome to join in on the fun.

    Class is taught in French. Instructor is bilingual

    Cardiovascular exercises on stationary bikes in intervals and at high intensity accompanied by energizing music in an electrifying atmosphere! You will be able to develop and improve your cardiovascular capacity and increase your strength and muscular endurance! Accessible to everyone!

    *All class participants must be at least 14 years of age.
