Whether you’ve experienced pelvic pain, leakage when laughing or sneezing, frequent urination, pregnancy or childbirth, prolapse, menopause, surgical recovery, lower back, hip, or groin discomfort, vulva irritation, or pain during sex or tampon use—this series is designed to help you reconnect mindfully with your pelvis and your core muscles.

The first part of the series will be to focus on awareness, relaxing and stretching the pelvic floor muscles. As you become better at connecting with your bodies we will continue the pelvic floor exploration strengthening exercises will be added.
