Dynamic conditioning for seniors

Pickleball

Piano classes
To all piano lovers, we are offering private classes for both children and adults, from beginner to advanced. Whether you are interested in baroque, classical, romantic or contemporary music, the piano is the perfect instrument to explore all musical genres! Our classes are tailor-made for each student according to their level, needs and tastes. While perfecting several notions of musical theory and piano technique, students will be able to learn small pieces of music right from the first lesson, which will allow them to learn this wonderful instrument. There will be the possibility to take the classes during the week or the weekend, depending on the availability of the instructor. Real-world scenarios often call on children to respond to challenges. The Stay Safe! program teaches applicable and age-appropriate skills while increasing and reinforcing youth’s capacity to improve his or her own safety. Babysitting
The Babysitting course, refreshed and revised, now has a greater emphasis on First Aid skills. The Canadian Red Cross Babysitting course covers everything from managing difficult behaviours to essential content on leadership and professional conduct as a babysitter. Babysitting promises to deepen and enhance the responsibility that older youth feel when caring for younger children. This updated curriculum complete with new science also provides improved learning when it comes to giving the appropriate care in the event of an emergency. / Residents : 100$ / Non-Residents : 110$
EMERGENCY FIRST AID AND CPR - LEVEL C
A basic course that teaches life-saving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques for the workplace or home.
