A 45 minutes class for all levels that focuses on strengthening abdominal muscles. We use dumbbells, exercise balls and a stability ball to develop balance.
Fitness for active aging
For beginners to intermediates, the course focuses on muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Exercises alternate using aerobic steps, weight training, training intervals and stability balls.
Cardiovascular exercises on stationary bikes with intervals and intensity. All with great music in a superb atmosphere. This class is for beginners to advance to improve cardiovascular and muscular strength!
This high energy class with a challenging HIIT workout will certainly make you sweat! With this combination of strength and cardiovascular exercise, you will burn more calories, improve your endurance and improve your fitness! All levels of fitness are welcome.
Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis with simple rules and is easy to learn and play. We will have one Pickleball court set up in the Banquet Hall. We will teach you the rules and basic strategy. Pickelball paddles, balls and team mates are provided.

To all piano lovers, we are offering private classes for both children and adults, from beginner to advanced. Whether you are interested in baroque, classical, romantic or contemporary music, the piano is the perfect instrument to explore all musical genres! Our courses are tailor-made for each student according to their level, needs and tastes. While perfecting several notions of musical theory and piano technique, students will be able to learn small pieces of music right from the first lesson, which will allow them, learn this wonderful instrument. There will be the possibility to take the classes during the week or the weekend, depending on the availability of the instructor.
Introduction to yogic meditation
In this four-week course, we will learn about the fundamentals of yogic meditation, practice several meditation techniques, and develop a home meditation practice. Each class will include a 20-minute asana and pranayama practice (yoga postures and breathing exercises) to prepare the body and mind for meditation.
This Restorative Yoga class includes two segments: the first allows you to focus on developing balance, stability and flexibility with an active Hatha Yoga practice for every-Body. The second allows you to relax deeply with restorative yoga poses supported by bolsters, cushions, blocks and yoga straps.
In this class, we practice traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques. Strengthen, stretch and relax your body. Deepen your breath and mental focus. Relieve tension and stress, and enhance your overall well-being. A moderate class suitable for all levels of experience, including complete beginners.

Gymnastics fun for the little ones with qualified and experienced instructors from Unigym. In this safe and positive environment, your child will improve their gross and fine motor skills through various movements and exercises. We will jump, roll, swing, balance and have lots of fun. Real-world scenarios often call on children to respond to challenges. The Stay Safe! program teaches applicable and age-appropriate skills, while increasing and reinforcing a youth’s capacity to improve his or her own safety. Whether in their community or on their own, this group will be given better tools to Stay Safe! in a variety of different situations.
The Babysitting course, refreshed and revised, now has a greater emphasis on First Aid skills. The Canadian Red Cross Babysitting course covers everything from managing difficult behaviours to essential content on leadership and professional conduct as a babysitter. Babysitting promises to deepen and enhance the responsibility that older youth feel when caring for younger children. This updated curriculum, complete with new science, also provides improved learning when it comes to giving the appropriate care in the event of an emergency.
First Aid & CPR
Comprehensive two-day course, offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest First Aid and CPR guidelines.
